SHIPPING:
We ship FREE to United States and Canada. If you are an International customer, just email us with a list of what you are looking at (BEFORE PURCHASE) and we will email back what the shipping charges will be for what you have indicated.
United States Customers: We do not require insurance; however, we recommend that you add $1.35 to the total cost for EACH $50.00 of items purchased. This will protect your purchase in the event your package is damaged or lost during shipping. All U.S. packages are mailed with 'delivery confirmation'.
PAYMENT:
We accept money orders, cashier checks, PayPal and Google. Credit card payments and personal checks must be processed through PayPal or Google. If you need any help or have any questions, just let us know.
RETURNS:
Due to the nature of the products and health regulations, minerals can not be returned....BUT...any mineral color can be adjusted, so if a problem with a color, just let us know and we will work with you to get something you are pleased with.
